We are delighted to announce the latest member of our growing pest control team. Christopher Young joins DALPEST Pest Solutions as our new Trainee Pest Controller, just in time for the start of the new year!
In recent years the DALPEST Pest Solutions business has gone from strength to strength as it continues to increase its presence within the local Peterborough and Milton Keynes areas.
The standard of the work and the passion the team have for pest control make this a really exciting business to work for.
Chris has joined at a pivotal time and his contribution to the team and additional manpower will be essential to this busy, expanding business. The need for high quality, reliable pest control is growing and in a world where customers expect a reactive speed of service, it becomes even more important to have the right team in place to fulfil this.
The right team at the right time
Chris has come in as a trainee pest controller having previously worked in a different industry for a number of years, and this is his first experience within this sector. The beauty of pest control is that it can be picked up and studied at any time, and Chris will receive full on the job training internally from BPCA Level 2 qualified Lead Technician Richard Day.
The training and learning programme will consist of a mixture of practical on the job hands on work and also desk based study. This will allow Chris to study for his qualification, whilst also being taught the DALPEST Pest Solutions way of doing things, so he can continue to uphold the brand standards and quality workmanship of the other members of the team.
